Good Results, Lackluster customer service
The pests are gone but sometimes it took several days for them to call back to answer a question or schedule the next treatment. The final results were good at least!~

Worse customer service ever
Having pests is no fun, and Professional Pest Control made our situation more stressful than it had to be. They seemed clueless and had no advice to give on how to get rid of the horrible smell of our treatment, and after a month we contacted another company that gave us several suggestions that helped immediately. The days they were originally supposed to come to do our treatments were changed and the whole process took longer than expected. Throughout our treatments they provided us with conflicting information and then just wanted to cover their backs so they deemed a lot of the information we inquried about as "confidential" so we felt clueless and helpless.
