New Agent Highland Park watch out
I have been with this company for 5 years. I had great customer service for all this time. Pratap who was the agent there moved out of the country. The new agent there doesn't return calls. You have to call many times until they answer. My wife needed to increase our coverage and when we finally got a hold of Tammy, she said she would make the changes. Well a week later, no changes were made. My wife could have lost her job because of this. We called back, luckily they called us back, but when my wife tried to explain to Mike the new agent, he said,"if you are going to raise your voice, I will raise mine" My wife was tring to expain this situation and get the right coverage. Be careful of this company in Highland Park. It would be better to go with a different company. We could have lost our house, job, because they didn't do there job. It was very important to my wife to get this done, and that is how it was handled. What if we got in a serious accident, how would they handle that? Think again about going with this company.
