This is by fay the worst disgusting place ever! Dont't ever get a car trought this place. They have the most ignorant employees most importanly uneducated managers!its sad to have people like that for that position those poor people. It's disgusting the way they run service, if you can even consider it that , Can you guys believe the ignorant uneducated so called MANAGER of the entire place hung up on me before I can say I would like to make a payment?.. these people will not work with you they are uncapable of doing something right thats not taking other people money THEay need to be shut down its not fair what they are doing, go directly to the BBB they will hablde it and lets keep puttin in these bad reviews maybe we ca get them shut down!!! i click this star only because it didnt allow me to submmit without it other wise they wouldnt even get one.

First Credit Finance is a complete mockery of what a real business should run like. They harass their customers; yelling and calling 15 times a day for around 15 days of the month or more. They refuse to work with anyone. My bank only allows me a certain withdrawal or purchase fee a day and they will not allow me to run over that. On the several times this has happened I've tried to run the amount split onto two debit cards. They will not reason with you, they want the full payment on one card, the day they decide to call (could be before payment is due) and if not they will threaten you. They cannot provide me with my past account info such as the payments I've made to them. Now I'm hearing that they don't have a state business license! Why are they allowed to even be running without one?! They need to be shut down immediately and I ensure to see this through. As someone else stated, they don't even deserve one star! NEVER LET FIRST CREDIT FINANCE DEAL WITH YOUR FINANCES!!

THEREFOR I AM A VICTIM OF ( FIRST CREDIT FINANCE) WHO ALSO HAS BEEN THREATEN BY THEM I EVEN HAD POEPLE FROM THERE OFFICE COME TO MY HOUSE TO SEE HOW THE CAR IS DOING .FIRST CREDIT FINANCE IS VERY ANNORY THEY CALL 20 TIMES A MONTH 4-6 TIMES DAY THEY EVEN HARASS A 14 YR OLD ON HER CELL PHONE AND ONLY HAD FOR 2 MONTHS. THEY LIKE TO ARGUE I HAVE WENT TO THE BBB AND FTC AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND FILED COMPLAINTS I EVEN CALLED THE PLOICE AND FILED HARASSMAENT CHARGES. WHY NOT HAVEN'T THESE POEPLE STILL IN BUSINESS? WHY ARE THESE POEPLE NOT IN JAIL? THE OFFICE MANGER OKAYS THIS TYPE OF BEHAVOIR AND THE SUPERVISOR THEY USE FEDERAL PENAL CODES AGAINST ME AND THEY SAID THEY CAN DO WHAT EVER THEY WANT..THESE POEPLE THAT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NEED A CLASS FOR ANGER MANGMENT AND HOW TO USE THERE MORALS IF ANY?THESE POEPLE DONT DERSEVER ANY STARS....

First Credit Finance is operating illegally and all judgments should be rescrinded. The CA Department of Corporations has suspended their license for failure to file and pay taxes. Please notify the LA County District Attorney via email, online or the phone if you have been a victim. If they have repossessed your vehicle, filed a civil lawsuit against you or are garnishing your payroll check. These people are criminals. They repossess cars at 30 days, sell contracts at simple interest - entire interest balance is always due even if you pay off early. They are ignorant credit thugs with sociopath attitudes. Of course, the car needed serious engine repair work and was unoperable, but did they care? No! They repossess and want repossession fees which cut into your repair money and then there are daily storage fees. Also, if you do want the car back, you have to pay to have it towed back to your residence. It's all just a stupid waste of time and your money. Dont deal with them, contact the BBB, Consumer Protection Agency, State Attorney General, FBI and whoever, but don't try and deal with these idiots. It's not worth it! They will harass and threaten you with garnshments by any means necessary. They lack compassion. No matter how bad your credit, trust me you can do much better than these idiots!
